I love a good oven pancake for breakfast. The most common versions involve apples. And those are lovely.

The brioche cinnamon rolls are pretty much the best make-ahead fancy breakfast treat I know.
They make use of my favorite no-knead brioche recipe, which is just about the simplest, most butter-wonderful treat I know.
This no-knead brioche looks rather simple and unassuming. But, oh, this stuff makes me go weak in the knees. It is, easily, one of my favorite treats.
